FAL Coffee Roasters, headquartered in Brooklyn, NY, is the coffee segment of FAL Group, which manages two coffee farms in Brazil, coffee milling operations, and Nobletree coffee roasting in Brooklyn.
Our FAL Group oversees the rare direct-to-farmer relationship. In addition to coffee from our farms in Brazil, we can also source from other regions throughout the world to provide a complete portfolio of unique coffee profiles.
Falcafé (Portuguese for Fal Coffee) is our global coffee trading company with a strong manufacturing organization, located in Brazil. The facility includes two (2) dry processing operations — equipped with state-of-the-art systems and machines — which process 100,000 bags of coffee per month . Plus the facility also has two large storage facilities with a capacity for 250,000 bags (storing jute bags or big bags). The team of experts is divided between two offices, in São Paulo and Minas Gerais states, and are always ready to assist the growers and receive their coffees.
